Colby Ponder, PMHNP-BC
Colby Ponder is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who provides medication management and brief talk therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults ages six and older in Northeast Mississippi.
Colby’s focus is on providing safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate mental health care. He has 12 years of experience in mental health and medical specialties seeing children and adults.
In Colby’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, participating in events with his church family, and playing tennis with friends.
Whitney Tate, PMHNP-BC
Whitney Tate is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner offering medication management and brief talk therapy to children, adolescents, and adults aged six and above in Mississippi. She sees patients in office and through telehealth.
Whitney prioritizes providing secure, accepting, and empathetic mental health care. She has more than a decade of experience in mental health and medical specialties.
In Whitney’s spare time, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, whether it's enjoying board games at home, embarking on outdoor adventures, or simply relaxing together.

Luke Garner, LPC
Luke Garner is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in seeing children and adults at our New Albany, MS location. He is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a board-certified telemental (BC-TMH) health provider and is available for both in-person and virtual sessions.
He received his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology, from Blue Mountain College and his graduate degree, a Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling, from Liberty University.
He has previously worked in notable organizations, such as The Oxford Treatment Center and the University of Mississippi Counseling Center. He has experience working with LGBTQ+ persons, college-aged students, individuals that struggle with substance abuse and addiction, and patients with co-occurring mental disorders, such as anxiety and depression.
In Luke’s free time, he enjoys being in nature, nurturing his plants, as well as spending time with his family and animals.
Ashley Moss, LPC
Ashley Moss is a licensed professional counselor, offering therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults Mississippi. She sees patients in office at our New Albany location
Ashley attended William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. She obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from WCU in 2010 and 2013. Ashley is a Life Member of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries and has served as a National Rep. as a committee member.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog. They are active in their church community, where Ashley is a member of the choir and the young women's mission group. She and her husband enjoy supporting their son's many activities. They also enjoy a slow night at home just relaxing as a family.
