Be sure to bring your insurance card(s), valid ID, and a list of your current medications or your medication bottles. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out new patient paperwork.

This depends entirely on how you are doing. We generally see individuals more frequently initially and then less often when clients are doing very well. We can determine together what an appropriate amount of time between appointments should be.
